Every order is carefully prepared by hand in our Tahiti workshop.


Please allow: 2–4 business days for production and preparation.

During collection launches, holidays or busy periods, preparation may occasionally take up to 6 business days.

TRACKING

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

From there, you'll be able to follow your parcel every step of the way.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

For orders shipped outside French Polynesia, customs duties, VAT or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges:
• Depend on the legislation in force in the destination country
• Are not included in Anuanua prices
• Are the responsibility of the recipient

This is separate from the shipping cost paid at checkout.

RETURNS

If something isn't quite right, don't worry.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return (excluding personalized pieces).

Returned jewelry must be:

  • unworn
  • unused
  • in its original packaging
  • shipped with tracking

    Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ORDER?

If your parcel arrives damaged or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Simply email: hello@anuanuatahiti.com along with photos of the issue.

We'll always do our best to find the best solution.
